General Instructions
Please ensure that your presentation is completed within the allotted time, allowing time for questions and discussion. All presentation files must be uploaded in advance as described below. The use of personal laptops during oral sessions is not permitted.
Slide Size, Format, and Display

The projector aspect ratio will be 16:9. However, slides with other ratios, such as 4:3, will also be accepted.

Presentations will be displayed using Microsoft Windows-based hardware.

If you have special requirements regarding slide formats, display software, or visual aids, please contact us at srf2025@ml.riken.jp as early as possible.
Uploading your Presentation before the Conference

Please upload your electronic presentation via Indico as early as possible, and no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled talk.

File name format: [Paper Code]_talk.pptx or .pdf (e.g.,
MO104_talk.pptx
) -
Upload your slides the same way as you submitted your paper. Your paper code can be found when you log in to Indico.

Accepted formats: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) and PDF.
On-site Upload and Quality Assurance
If you are unable to upload your presentation in advance, you must either:

Upload it online as described above at least one day before your session, or
-
Bring the file to the Presentation Quality Assurance Desk on-site.
Please verify at the desk that your presentation has been successfully loaded and displays correctly.
Uploaded slides will be made available on the conference website and published in the proceedings.
During Your Presentation
Your slides will be prepared and ready before your scheduled session.
