SRF’25 will provide two sessions for the students:
1. Tutorial session
Prior to the conference, the special tutorial session related to SRF science and technology will be held on Thursday-Saturday, 18-20 Sept. 2025 on the RIKEN Wako campus. These sessions are designed to provide an in-depth overview of SRF related subjects for students, scientists, and engineers new to the field, or those who simply want a refresher.

For SRF2025, we recommend that tutorial participants stay at a hotel in Wako City during the tutorial program. Afterward, they will travel by train to Ito International Hall on the University of Tokyo campus, the main venue of SRF2025.
2. Student poster session
A student poster session is planned in the evening on Sunday, 21 Sept. 2025 evening in parallel to the welcome reception. Student poster presenters will be eligible for one of the conference prizes.
