Prizes will be awarded for up to two posters presented in the student poster session and up to two oral presentations by early-career speakers. Speakers who completed their PhD no longer than three years ago will be eligible for a prize. The prizes will be selected by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC) based on the following criteria:
- Relevance and impact of the scientific work
- Novelty and quality of the scientific work
- Quality of the poster and oral presentation
- Interaction and professionalism towards the IPC
Prizes will be awarded in the closing ceremony on the last day of the conference.
Student poster prize recipients will be offered the opportunity to make a 10-minute oral presentation on the last day of the conference to highlight the work presented in their poster. Awardees will be queried on Monday or Tuesday as to their availability to do an oral presentation.
