Registration and payment of appropriate fees are required for all participants, including invited speakers and session chairpersons.
Registration is a TWO-STEP process. You will complete your registration via Indico, while the payment must be made through EasyChair using the link below or the one provided in your confirmation email.

Payments
Conference fees are payable at the time of registration. Payments may be made using a major credit card or debit card. Payments must be made before midnight (Japan Standard Time) on the date due.
Registration is Required
Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Attendees who have made late payments must bring proof of payment to the conference for registration check-in.
In-Person Registration (not available)
Online registration will be available until the late registration deadline. If you do not meet that deadline, you will not be admitted to attend the conference because on-site registration will not be available. Please make sure to complete registration in advance!
Cancellations
In the event that an attendee needs to cancel, the registration fee will be refunded (less a 2,000 JPY processing fee) if notification of cancellation is received in writing on or before 13-Jun-2025. Cancellations after that date will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant may attend in place of the original attendee, subject to the approval of the conference organizers. Exhibitor cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to srf2025@ml.riken.jp.
