Call for Abstracts
The Scientific Program for HIAT’25 will consist of invited, contributed talks and poster presentations. Submission will be handled via JACoW Indico system.
Since no contributions are accepted for publication only, any work accepted for presentation which is not presented at the conference will be excluded from the proceedings. Furthermore, the LOC reserves the right to refuse for publication any work not properly presented in the poster sessions.
Poster Presentations
The space available per poster is 1.2 meters by 1.2 meter (48 inches by 48 inches). Please make sure that your poster fits within this space. Please make sure to install your poster before the start of the poster session and remove it at the end of the session. Presenters are expected to attend their posters for a substantial portion of the poster session; if posters are not attended, the corresponding paper may be excluded from publication in the proceedings.

Oral Presentations

Paper Preparation
Papers should be prepared according to JACoW requirements. The JACoW author information site includes templates, tools for generating references, paper preparation guidelines, and tools for checking papers prior to submission.
Papers for invited oral presentations may be up to 5 pages. Papers for contributed talks and poster presentations may be up to 3 pages. If contributions contain numerous references, these may be carried over to an extra page.

Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published on JACoW. An oral or poster presentation must be made at the conference in order for the paper to be eligible for publication in the proceedings.
