The exhibition will take place at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, close to the keynote talks. We encourage you to register early. The poster sessions and coffee breaks of the Conference are located in the same halls to encourage interaction between the industrial exhibition and the conference participants.
The purpose of the exhibition is to present products and/or services relevant to the participant’s professional interests. The exhibitors should emphasize instruments, products, or services for use in teaching and research, books, and other publications in scientific fields of relevance to the interests of the participants. For the public, and in particular for students, the exhibition shall also have an educational character.

Shipping Information: Shipping is very limited. Companies are encouraged to bring materials with them or ship directly to the Kellogg Center.
Booth Etiquette: During Exhibition opening hours, booths should be attended by an authorized representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
- The Conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
Sub-letting: Exhibitors are not permitted to sub-let booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.
Compliance: The Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions, and codes of duly authorized local, state, and federal governing bodies concerning fire, safety, and health, together with the rules and regulations of the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center.
Storage, Set up, and Dismantling: Because of the limited storage space, we cannot guarantee that fulfill all requirements concerning the storage space. Please consider this for the delivery of your material.

Logo Usage: Upon registering as an Exhibitor in the HIAT 2025 Industrial Exhibition, you grant HIAT 2025 permission to use your company’s logo in promotional materials, including on the conference website, in the conference program, and on directional signage.
Upon receiving written confirmation of payment in full from HIAT 2025, please send your company logo graphic (300 dpi or greater) to hiat25@frib.msu.edu for inclusion in the HIAT 2025 Conference program and on the HIAT 2025 website.
Hold Harmless Clause: The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor’s activities in the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, its owner, and its management company, Michigan State University (MSU), Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB), and the Department of Energy as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
