The industrial exhibition at IBIC 2026 provides companies with an excellent opportunity to present their products, services, and technical developments to a targeted audience of scientists and engineers in beam instrumentation and accelerator technologies. Located within the Whistler Conference Centre, the exhibition is designed to encourage meaningful interaction during poster sessions, scheduled breaks, and informal networking.

Exhibitor Opportunities
Drape Booth Spaces: $6,000 CAD

What’s Included:
- 8’ x 10’ booth size
- One 7” x 44” booth identification sign
- Company listed in the book of abstracts
- 2 chairs, one table per booth
- Registration fee for 1 company representative; includes the option to add on a TRIUMF tour and/or transportation back from Whistler to downtown Vancouver (30 minutes to YVR via SkyTrain) or TRIUMF for the tour at additional fees. Early registration is encouraged as availability is limited.
- Complimentary logo placement on the IBIC website and program
- Complimentary 120V electrical included with every booth
