Location:   Whistler is located about 2½ hours' drive north from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) along the scenic Sea to Sky highway (Hwy 99).   As Whistler is a major tourist destination, there are many ways to get there from YVR. Shuttle Service

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has arranged a conference shuttle rate of CAD $69 (one way) with a local shuttle service, Whistler Connection.

The shuttle is scheduled around your flight arrival time. During the booking process, guests will be required to enter their flight number to ensure appropriate scheduling. Passengers will be dropped off at their selected destination in Whistler.

The shuttle service includes a maximum wait time guarantee of 2 hours for all flights arriving during operating hours (08:00–20:00), provided that the reservation requirements are met.

To ensure availability and eligibility for wait-time guarantee, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to travel.
