Conference will be hosted at the Ito International Research Center, located within the University of Tokyo’s Hongo Campus in Japan. Named in honor of Mr. Masatoshi Ito, Honorary Chairman of Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., and his wife, Mrs. Nobuko Ito, whose generous contributions funded its creation, the Ito International Research Center embodies a space designed to nurture future leaders with a global outlook. It serves as a versatile venue, ideal for national and international academic conferences, receptions, and faculty gatherings.
The main conference room, Ito Hall, is a sophisticated oval-shaped space adorned with warm wooden accents and bathed in natural light from two skylights. With a seating capacity of 500, the room is designed to facilitate optimal communication, as all seats are located within 20 meters of the podium. This arrangement ensures that every attendee can clearly see and engage with one another, promoting an atmosphere conducive to open and dynamic academic discourse.
Just steps away, you’ll find a range of cultural attractions, including the Ueno district with its renowned museums, parks, and temples, as well as the bustling Akihabara area, famous for electronics , animation, and pop culture.
