The Team Meeting will include a hands-on tutorial, during which participants will be guided through the full process of editing papers and producing the proceedings volume for a conference. Participants will use their own laptops for this.
You will find a link below to instructions for how to set up your laptop with the needed tools.
One document details the full requirements which are necessary for setting up a proceedings office, and the other document gives a shorter set of requirements which is sufficient for the purposes of this tutorial. If possible, please try to prepare this in advance. There will also be a tutorial session on the first day of the meeting to help everyone get their laptops set up properly, so as long as you have admin rights on your machine, we should be able to help you set up everything you need to work through the tutorial.
