Posters are to be mounted and presented on Tuesday, November 5. You will kindly remove your poster at the end of the event and discard what you do not wish to keep, or remove and take your poster with you.
The poster boards will have a single surface measuring (0,84 m x 1,189 m ) so they will accommodate A0 sized posters in portrait orientation.
Note: The A0 paper size is 841 mm x 1189 mm, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches
No printing of the posters is available at site.
