Firstly, on behalf of all of us in the Collaboration we wish to thank you for contributing to TM'24.
JTM'24 has been set up as an event in JACoW-Indico. It is the 2nd in our series of Team Meetings to be fully managed as an Event.
All presentations will be stored on the Indico Event as Materials.
- Please name your talk for Pre-Team:
"FirstNameLastName-Dayofyourtalk" (MonPT/TuePT)
and use the pdf or ppt format. - Please name your talk for TM:
"FirstNameLastName-Dayofyourtalk" (MonTM/TueTM/WedTM/ThursTM/FriTM) and use the pdf or ppt format.
-- Click on the title, which will open a window with your contribution.
-- Locate "Presentation Material" at the bottom of the page, and click on the pencil.
-- Choose "Add Materials to the Contribution". You can 'drag & drop' your slides or poster from the file on your computer.
For your presentation on-site at Deauville:
If you have problems uploading your talk to Indico, please contact a Board Member, or someone from the Indico-Support team (Ivan, Stefano)
Contrary to the JACoW Presentation formula we do not have a "Speaker-ready" room since we are so small. Contacting someone on the IT Team you should be able to test your talk in the Morning, at breaks or after closing.
All speakers will use the computer provided for presentations.
