The access to the site is the Royal Access. The meeting site is the same as the IPAC'26 conference site and therefore there are some constraints to take into account.
The participants cannot bring any luggage to the C.I.D.
The suitcases and bigger bags has to be left at the hotel !
The participants will be given a badge at registration that they have to wear during all times in the conference site.
There will be electric plugs for the computers available, please bring your personal adapters. In France we have stadardized E sockets and plugs.
For connections to presentations there is a HDML connection, please bring your adapters for PC and MAC.
Lunches
For the pre-ordered lunches they will be served in the meeting room. Each participant is free to stay and eat inside or go outside the conference site.
For those who has not ordered lunches nothing is forseen by the organisers.
No modification after the 25th of october will be possible.
Payment
The participant payments are verified regularly and the registration page are updated. No payment will be possible on site.
