Pick-Up Service: Airport pick-up service will be available at all three airports. After you booked your flights, please email your arrival details to hb.2025@impcas.ac.cn with the subject "Arriving Flight: [Your Full Name]" to help us plan.
Important Note for Night Arrivals (Guangzhou/Shenzhen): If your flight arrives after dark at Guangzhou Baiyun or Shenzhen Bao'an airports, it may be difficult to find a ride to Huizhou (the driver probably has no passenger in the long return trip). We strongly advise you to contact us in advance (hb.2025@impcas.ac.cn) to arrange airport pick-up.
Hong Kong International Airport (香港国际机场): No pick-up services can be arranged at this airport. If you plan to arrive in Hong Kong and take land transport to Huizhou, please refer to HongKongAirport_to_Huizhou or contact us for connection advice.
