Registration Fees Payment

1. CAUTION!!

We have no contract with any travel agency for accommodation booking. If you receive unsolicited messages offering hotel reservations, please ignore them.

2. Information about conference fees: 

Early registration fees (until 1st Sept.): 4000 CNY

Regular registration fees: (until 1st Oct.): 5000 CNY 

Students' fees (until 1st Oct.): 2500 CNY

 

Registration fees cover: 

Attendance to the entire conference

Coffee breaks

Welcome reception in the Hotel

Buffet lunches, diners

Banquet on Thursday, 23th October at Kande International Hotel (Culture Show included)

Facility Tour 

3. Methods of Payment

Registration is a two-step process:

(1) Complete your registration via Indico

(2) Make your payment through Aconf

 


 

Invoice:

(1) International Participants

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Aconf containing a link for invoice application.

Receipts will be issued within 5 business days after successful payment. This receipt will include your affiliation, name, conference date, registration category and the amount you have paid for it. If you need us to list other information, please include it in a request email to hb.2025@impcas.ac.cn      

 

(2) 国内参会人员:

缴费成功后,请在Aconf发送的缴费成功邮件中点击“apply the invoice”链接进行发票信息填写与申请。工作人员将于2025111日开始开具电子发票,并发送至代表在Indico注册时填写的注册邮箱中。如您在30天内未收到电子发票,请将您的注册及开票信息发送至hb.2025@impcas.ac.cn 我们会尽快核实并重新将发票发送给您。

 


4. Cancellation

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to hb.2025@impcas.ac.cn

  Cancellation before 24:00 UTC+8 on 1st Sep., 2025: Full refund with deduction of ¥500 CNY for processing fee.

•  Cancellation after 1st Sep., 2025: No refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
