Registration opened on 1 March 2019.
Early Bird registration fees of ZAR 9 900.00.00 are payable before 11 August 2019. All bank charges are for the account of the delegate. Registration closes on 23 August 2019.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is ZAR 2,500.00 which includes access to the welcome reception, iThemba LABS Tour and conference dinner. Please note that accompanying persons have to create a separate account on Indico and register separately. A separate invoice will be issued.
Day registrations at a fee of ZAR 2 500.00 are possible and will provide access to the conference sessions on a specific day only. No social functions are included in the day registration.
Invoices will be sent after registration and payments are to be made to iThemba LABS. Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent to the Secretariat at cyc2019@tlabs.ac.za. (The copy must indicate the participant's name or invoice number).

Cancellation and Payment Policy
Registration will not be considered as complete until full payment is received. Pre-payment of the registration fee is required.
Refund of registration fees, less 20% for administrative charges, will be made for cancellations received before 1 June 2019. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed after the Conference. In case of a no-show, no refund will be possible.
