Contributed abstracts to JACoW can be submitted from this screen.
Please carefully read the instructions below before submitting your abstract here.
Quick reference:
- Title: proposed title for the abstract, in sentence case.
- Content: the description, or abstract text. Please describe what you intend to present at this conference. Do not use markdown formatting or LaTeX as it will not be preserved. Please refrain from copying and pasting from word processors like Microsoft Word or LibreOffice. Abstract should not exceed 1200 characters.
- Authors: Enter only the primary author as 'author': all others should be entered as co-authors. Enter one (1) proposed speaker for this contribution. Authors are located by clicking on the Search button to locate the entry for the person from the JACoW Central Repository. Be sure that the "Include users with no Indico account" is selected. If an author is not found there, please follow the instructions to create JACoW profiles for new authors, then do the search again and select the newly created profile.
- Contribution Type: select "Poster Presentation". The Scientific Programme Committee will eventually select Contributed Oral Presentations from the set of posters proposed here.
- Comments: any useful notes for this contribution to the Scientific Secretariat.
- Track: select the Main and Sub Classification for this contribution.
- Footnotes: Please use "*", "**", etc., for references to publications as many times as necessary and with a carriage return between each. Footnotes should not exceed 200 characters.
- Funding Agency: If necessary, enter funding agency and contract. This field should not be used to request sponsorship. Should not exceed 200 characters.
