The venue
eeFACT2025 will be held at Tsukuba International Congress Center (EPOCHAL). [Google map]
It is a 10-minute walk from either Tsukuba Expreess (TX) Tsukuba Station or the Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal.
The Travel information between airport and Tsukuba is explained later. See the "Travel to Tsukuba" section.
From the Tsukuba station (bus terminal) to the venue

From TX Tsukuba Station
TX Tsukuba station is underground station. There is only one ticket gate.
There are 5 exits to the surface (A1 to A5). The A3 exit is useful to the venue, but if you want to shop or eat, The A5 exit is more convenient. (It is directly connected to shopping mall includes some restaulant and convenience store.)
Exit A3 leads to the Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal. After that, refer to the next section ("From Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal").
From Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal
First, proceed clockwise around the bus terminal. And go up the big stairs in the photo (or the escalator at the back).
The stairs lead to a pedestrian deck. Just go straight the deck and you will arrive at the venue.
After a short distance, a shopping mall (DAYS TOWN) will appear on your right. After that, you will see a pedestrian crossing, so cross the street.
the hotel (JAL City Tsukuba) will be on your right and the venue will be next to it.

From Narita Airport (NRT)
By train
2 times transfers (Keisei Narita SKY ACCESS Line → JR Musashino Line → Tsukuba Express).
Estimated time : more than 100 minutes .
Total fee : 1,980 Yen.
Narita Airport Station (T1 station or T2/T3 station)
First, board the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line (成田スカイアクセス線).
Train station is located at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. If your flight arrives to Terminal 3, move to Terminal 2 yourself. (Route guide between T3 and T2)
Make sure to enter the Keisei (京成) Line gate. (NOT JR Line!)
There are three types of trains on the Narita Sky Access Line.
Make sure to take "Access Exp.", NOT "Skyliner" and the Keisei main line.
(Skyliner requires additional fee, and it doesn't stop the next transfer station.)
You will transfer at Higashi-Matsudo (東松戸) Station (6 stations away from T1, 35 min.)
Higashi-Matsudo (東松戸) Station
Transfer to the JR Musashino Line. (Once you exit the ticket gate, and go down to ground level.)
Board the train at Platform 1. (heading to Fuchu-Honmachi (府中本町))
Get off and transfer at Minami-Nagareyama (南流山) Station. (3 stations away, 10 min.)
Minami-Nagareyama (南流山) Station
Transfer to the Tsukuba Express (TX).
Board the train at Platform 1 (heading to Tsukuba) of TX station.
Platform doors with the red markings will not open, so wait by the doors without markings.
The rapid or semi-rapid trains are convenient options.
The Tsukuba (つくば) Station is the last stop.
By Bus
There are express bus between Narita Airport and Tsukuba (7 buses per day, 2,400 yen, 55 ~ 65 min.).

No reservation system is available for buses departing from Narita. Purchase your ticket on-site upon arrival.
(But you can book Tsukuba to Narita bus in advance.)
At ticket counter, there are two lines (for normal bus / for Low Cost Bus (LCB)). Line up to the Normal ticket counter.
From Terminal 1
Take from Bus stop No.8 (1F, South wing).
The ticket counter is near the bus stop No.8. (Inside the building, between exits "S1" and "S2")
From Terminal 2
Take from Bus stop No.10 (1F, in front of "Central Exit 1")
Ticket counters are next to "North Exit 1" and "South Exit 1".
From Terminal 3
Take from Bus stop No.8 (1F)
Ticket counter is in the arrival lobby.
After arrival
Get off at Tsukuba Center (つくばセンター).
From Haneda Airport (HND)
By Train
2 times transfers (Tokyo Monorail → JR Yamanote Line → Tsukuba Express).
Estimated time : more than 90 minutes.
Total fee : 1,900 Yen.
Haneda Airport Station
First, board the Tokyo Monorail.
Quick route guide of Tokyo monorail (Terminal 3)
Note: In Haneda Airport, most international flights arrive to Terminal 3.
The Airport Rapid is useful. (It stops only each airport terminal and Hamamatsu-cho.)
Change trains at the last stop, Hamamatsu-cho (浜松町).
Hamamatsu-cho (浜松町) Station
Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line or JR Keihin-Touhoku Line.
There are ticket gates for transferring between the monorail and JR lines . Follow GREEN sign (JR線のりかえ).
Take from Platform 1 or 2 (for Tokyo, Ueno, Omiya). Platform 1 is the Keihin-Touhoku Line (blue train), Platform 2 is the Yamanote Line (green train). Both trains are OK so you can take whichever train arrives first.
You will transfer at Akihabara (秋葉原) Station ( 5 stations away).
Akihabara (秋葉原) Station
NOTE: At the platform of JR Akihabara station, there are stairs to the ticket gates and stairs for platforms 5 or 6 (Sobu Line, 総武線). Both stairs have yellow signs, but the stairs for platforms 5/6 do not lead to the exit.
Exit the ticket gates once and transfer to the Tsukuba Express (TX).
Central Gate (中央改札) is useful for transfer.
The TX station is underground. TX starts at Akihabara and ends at Tsukuba.
Trains bound for Moriya(守谷) DO NOT arrive at Tsukuba. Be sure to take a train bound for Tsukuba(つくば). The rapid or semi-rapid trains are convenient options.
By Bus
The highway bus between Haneda Airport and Tsukuba is just 2 buses per day.
