Registration Process
1. Delegates register through the link above.
2. Delegates complete the payment via https://cyc2025.sciconf.cn/en/user/login/32113. The laboratory or organization group payment is supported. Please see “Method of Payment” below for more information.
3. The organizer receives and confirms the payment. If there is any problem, please contact the conference secretary.

Please note: CYC2025 will utilize the Medcon system for payment. Participants must have/register a Medcon account to use the payment function. Registration Fee
Participants from China and other countries can choose CNY ¥ 3000 or USD $ 410 respectively to pay online before Sep. 30, 2025. After Sep. 30, the registration fee will increase to CNY ¥ 4000 or USD $ 550.
Students’ registration fee is half of the price above (Early Attendee Registration and Late Attendee Registration) if there will be abstract/paper submitted. Ten to fifteen excellent students all over the world can be recommended, selected and then sponsored by CYC2025, covering all the expenses except travelling fees.
The registration fee covers all coffee breaks, lunches from Monday-Friday, the welcome reception on Sunday, and the conference banquet on Thursday. But it does not include the local tourism in Chengdu on Wednesday afternoon.

Please choose 'Student Registration', the fee is CNY ￥ 1500 / USD $ 205 before September 30, 2025, after which the fee is CNY ￥ 2000 / USD $ 275 . Student registration must provide student identification documents and a recommended letter from the supervisor. Please send these documents to ccst@cyclotron.cn within one week after registration.
Cancellation Policy
Delegates canceling before September 15th, 2025, will receive a refund minus a 50% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations after September 15th, 2025. Refund requests should be submitted to the conference secretary, ccst@cyclotron.cn
