A limited number of rooms of various sizes are available at the Conference Centre during the event.
After verifying that the meeting will not impact the already validated scientific programme, we will propose the most suitable room for your meeting.
We also have a list of external meeting rooms available in the days before and after the conference. We have negotiated rates for these rooms.
Contracts for meeting rooms outside the conference site will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, either if the IPAC'26 organisation is involved, or if we provide you with the necessary information for contracting and organisation without our support.
