Description

This system provides an integrated platform for automated magnetic field measurement
and spatial scanning for Klystron beam focusing. It combines real time sensor acquisition,
adaptive digital filtering, and smooth motion profiling to generate accurate, repeatable field
data across user-defined positions.
A command-driven control interface manages calibration, zeroing, motion sequencing,
and data retrieval, enabling flexible experimentation and precise scan automation. The system
supports configurable sampling parameters, dwell timing, and step resolution, while
maintaining consistent timing and stable measurements through dynamic averaging and noise-
reduction methods.
Overall, it offers a robust framework and method for characterizing and aligning
solenoidal magnetic field profiles and provides real time position synchronized data collection
allowing users to optimize Klystron beam focusing.
