Description
The High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) is a fourth-generation synchrotron light source with a beam energy of 6 GeV and an ultra-low emittance of 34 pm. To control the orbit fluctuations in both horizontal and vertical planes at the sub-micron level, we adopted a fast orbit feedback (FOFB) system with 22 kHz. The FOFB system started its commissioning phase in November, 2025, with all required hardware implemented. In this paper, we will illustrate the commissioning process of the FOFB system and the status of orbit stability.
