The Team Meeting will include a hands-on tutorial, during which participants will be guided through the full process of editing papers and producing the proceedings volume for a conference. Participants will use their own laptops for this.

Please try and follow this manual at your lab, where you can get support from your local IT staff if needed. You will need Acrobat Pro and PitStop, which require possibly expensive licenses. If your laboratory doesn't provide such licenses, try and install their free evaluation licenses (please pay attention to the number of days these evaluation products will work!).
Note: it is of extreme importance that conference IT managers try this procedure, since they will use it for the proceedings office computer setup!
For the purposes of this tutorial it is sufficient to use a a shorter set of requirements, described in the minimum requirements for Team Meeting tutorial document. If possible, please try and prepare this in advance.
