Tsukuba Center Bus Terminal is adjacent to TX (Tsukuba Express) Tsukuba Station, and the venue can be accessed by bus from Tsukuba Center.

From Narita Airport
By train
2 times transfers (Keisei Narita SKY ACCESS Line → JR Musashino Line → Tsukuba Express).
Estimated time : more than 100 minutes .
Total fee : 1,980 Yen.
After arrival to the Narita airport, board the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line (成田スカイアクセス線), NOT JR.
Train station is located at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. If your flight arrives to Terminal 3, move to Terminal 2 yourself. (Route guide between T3 and T2)
There are three types of trains on the Narita Sky Access Line.
Make sure to take "Access Exp.", NOT "Skyliner" and the Keisei main line.
(Skyliner requires additional fee, and it doesn't stop the next transfer station.)
You will transfer at Higashi-Matsudo (東松戸) and Minami-Nagareyama(南流山).
By Bus
There are express bus between Narita Airport and Tsukuba (7 buses per day, 2,400 yen, 55 ~ 65 min.).

You can board at the bus stops located at each (T1,t2,T3) terminal.
No reservation system is available for buses departing from Narita. Purchase your ticket on-site upon arrival.
(But you can book Tsukuba to Narita bus in advance.)
At ticket counter, there are two lines (for normal bus / for Low Cost Bus (LCB)). Line up to the Normal ticket counter.
From Haneda Airport (HND)
By Train
2 times transfers (Tokyo Monorail → JR Yamanote Line → Tsukuba Express).
Estimated time : more than 90 minutes.
Total fee : 1,900 Yen.
Quick route guide of Tokyo monorail (Terminal 3) is available.
NOTE: In Haneda Airport, most international flights arrive to Terminal 3.
You transfer at Hamamatsuchō (浜松町, the terminal of the Tokyo Monorail) and Akihabara(秋葉原).
TX starts at Akihabara and terminates at Tsukuba.
By Bus
The highway bus between Haneda Airport and Tsukuba is just 2 buses per day.
