Banquet
The banquet will be held at AOKI-YA Hotel on DAY4 (Thursday, Oct. 22).
The banquet is included in the registration fee.
Transportation
A complimentary shuttle bus to the banquet venue will be provided.
Departure: 6:30 PM from the meeting venue. (Oct. 8 Update: departure time changed.)
After the banquet, shuttle buses will be be available to:
- KEK (The meeting venue)
- Tsukuba-no-Yu Urban Hotel
- TX Tsukuba station
