Registration Instructions
Please register for NAPAC’25 on this page and indicate your estimated attendance days.
Once registered, you will receive a JACoW Indico Reference Number and a CVENT Portal Payment Link via your confirmation email. The reference number can be found in the upper right corner of the email, labeled as “ref: #” — please save this, as it is required to complete payment through the CVENT Portal.
Both Indico registration and CVENT portal payment are required to finalize your conference registration.
Note for Grant Applicants:
If you are applying for a grant, do not complete payment on the CVENT Portal until you have received your grant decision notification.
