Contributed abstracts to NAPAC'25 can be submitted from this screen after you have completed the registration on Indico. When submitting your abstract for a poster, you will be given two choices: first of having the Poster abstract considered for a contributed Oral Contribution, and, second, whether you want to present the Poster at the Student Poster Session on August 10th.

Title: Enter proposed title for abstract in Sentence case, using capitals only when appropriate.

Content: the description, or abstract text. Clearly describe your proposed presentation. Do not exceed 1200 characters and avoid Markdown, LaTeX, or copying from word processors.

Authors: enter the proposed speakers for this contribution by clicking on the Search button and search for the persons by providing Family name and/or Given (First) name and/or Email address and/or Affiliation. In case that it is not possible to find a person by searching, please follow the instructions to creating JACoW profiles for new authors, then do the search again and select the newly created profile.

Contribution Type: select "Poster Presentation". The Scientific Programme Committee will eventually select Contributed Oral Presentations from the set of posters proposed here.

Comments: any useful notes for this contribution to the Scientific Secretariat.

Track: select the Main and Sub Classification for this contribution.
