Benefits of Grant
Includes:
- Accommodation (doubled up with another student) at the conference hotel (Hilton Chicago) for the nights of August 25 - August 30, 2024.
Requirements of Grant
Student Grant recipients will be required to:
- Register to attend LINAC2024 at the Student registration rate.
- Present a poster of your work at the Student Poster Session (Sunday August 25).
- Assist in conference activities (assist session chairs/running microphones)
Application Requirements
- Student name
- Student's educational affiliation
- Degree being pursued (Bachelor's, MS, PhD)
- Years in Program (1st year, 2nd year, ... etc)
- Two letters of recommendation
- One should confirm your current enrollment as a student
- Have you have received a Student Grant from a previous LINAC conference?
- (Priority will be given to those who have not recieved a LINAC student grant before)
Evaluation Criteria
- Abstract quality
- Letters of recommendation
- Degree being pursued (bachelor's, MS, PhD)
- Year in program
- Effort will be made to balance regional participation at the conference.
