The Registration Fee is ¥1400RMB.

The registration fee includes:
* morning and afternoon coffee breaks
* lunches
* social events (reception and team dinner).

The half or full-day excursion is an optional item and the cost will depend on how many people sign up. The fee for the excursion will be collected at the meeting.

Payment: Cash and credit card payment on-site will be collected at the venue during of the meeting.

Lunches will be served at IHEP. They will be catered by the IHEP on-site cafeteria and the campus canteen.

Dinners could be enjoyed in the restaurants of Huaxi Live mall which is located near the Holiday Inn (http://www.thebeijinger.com/directory/mastercard-center-wukesong-arena), or in the city center of Beijing which can be reached by the subway easily.
