Why exhibit at IBIC 2027

Meet the buyers: around 200 delegates expected, from accelerator labs and research facilities in Asia, Australia and worldwide — the physicists and engineers who specify and buy beam instrumentation.

Maximum visibility: the exhibition is open from Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 September, with coffee breaks and daily poster sessions (16:00–18:00) held right beside the booths.

Sponsorship packages
Four packages are available, from headline Gold sponsor to Exhibitor. Packages are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and benefits can be tailored on request. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB), including VAT but excluding bank charges.

How to book

Before online registration opens, send the booking form to ibic2027.exhibitor@slri.or.th. Once you have submitted the form, you do not need to register again on the website.

After online registration opens, register and book directly through the conference registration system.

Pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Prices include VAT but exclude bank charges. Early-bird bookings must be paid by 18 December 2026.

Submit your logo with your confirmation email or through the registration system. Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors should submit their programme book advert by 27 July 2027.

Request logistics and customs support, or a visa invitation letter, through the registration system.
