- CANCELLATION: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat (linac2026@ibs.re.kr). The Conference Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
