- Upon completing your registration, you may proceed with the payment immediately.
- All registration fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Please note that your registration information may be withdrawn if full payment is not received.

- CANCELLATION:
In the event that an attendee needs to cancel, the registration fee will be refunded, less a processing fee (25 USD), provided that written notification of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat(linac2026@ibs.re.kr) before July 17, 2026.
Cancellations received after July 17, 2026 will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
A change of registrant may be permitted in place of the original attendee, subject to prior approval by the conference organizers.
Exhibitor registrations are non-refundable, and exhibitor cancellations will not be accepted.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email(linac2026@ibs.re.kr) to the Conference Secretariat.
