Welcome Reception

Participants may complete conference registration during this time. A Student Poster Session will take place in parallel with the Welcome Reception, and all attendees are warmly invited to attend.

After the morning session, participants will depart together from the venue by bus.  Please note that participation requires advance registration; make sure to check the option during the registration process.
