Description
We summarize ongoing preparation for high-repetition-rate HXRSS operation at LCLS-II-HE. Project requirements are being reviewed to reflect updated accelerator and FEL parameters, as well as crystal, cooling, mounting, chamber, and stability considerations. We will discuss the current design studies and simulation work, planned experimental validation activities, and the anticipated timeline from requirements definition through component testing, integration, and progress toward operational readiness.
