Description
The LEReC DC Gun system has been using in the RHIC LEReC system for several years since 2017. The system as been running during the RHIC Runs and provide voltage support to the photo cathode DC gun. We have experienced many problems over the years, we have been providing constant solutions to keep the system on. In this paper the author would like to discuss and explain the dc gun system from the power supply point of view. Also, the operation and problems will be discussed in here. There are a discussion regards to use the existing system for future project also.
