 earch)\n\n\n \nJACoW Team Meeting \nThe JACoW Team Meeting 2025 will be 
 hosted by CERN and will take place at CERN premises. An invitation-only p
 re-meeting will take place on November 3 (full day) and 4 (half day. Team 
 members will attend November 5-7. A remote connection will be provided fo
 r afternoon sessions\, not for practical training. In person participation
  is strongly recommended.The boundary conditions outlined in the JACoW cha
 rter (https://www.jacow.org/About/Charter) require that all conferences wi
 thin the JACoW Collaboration ensure that their editors attend the JACoW An
 nual Team Meetings. This is also an opportune time to send IT Support staf
 f and any other members who will have\, or had a support role for your eve
 nt. These meetings are the main mechanism by which knowledge is transferre
 d among members of the collaboration\, which is what enables each conferen
 ce to produce their own proceedings and publish them on JACoW.org. The Tea
 m Meeting provides a comprehensive program to share JACoW experience and k
 nowledge of electronic publication techniques with the JACoW community and
  supporting organizations. This is an essential opportunity for representa
 tives of each conference or workshop to obtain first-hand experience and t
 o learn best practices for how to produce their proceedings. Please let th
 e Board know if there are any specific topics you would like to include in
  the agenda for this year. We would like to see a robust attendance to ens
 ure continuity and transfer of knowledge within the collaboration. Especia
 lly with our transfer to Indico for all events. Please forward this email
